Royal Perth Hospital’s Homeless Team Publications
The Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) Homeless Team commenced in 2016 as a collaboration between Royal Perth Hospital and the Homeless Healthcare General Practice. The RPH Homeless Team was modelled on the UK Pathway approach and adapted for the WA context. Our ongoing evaluation research has documented the evolution of the RPH Homeless Team and built evidence for best practice approaches to healthcare for people experiencing homelessness.
